1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PingFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our utilities. The Service is provided "as is" specifically for developers and technical professionals.

2. Description of Service

PingFlow provides a suite of developer utilities including but not limited to Webhook Inspection, DNS lookups, and text manipulation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Transmit any malicious payloads or engage in DDoS activities.
Attempt to bypass our rate limits or abuse our backend APIs.
Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.

4. Pro Accounts and Subscriptions

Certain features of PingFlow may require a Pro subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

PingFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
